We also have a variety of virtual sessions that you can enjoy from the comfort of your own home, at a time that suits you.

Enjoy your local green spaces
Explore the great outdoors this summer with our walking & running groups.
We offer a variety of outdoor sessions from group walks, to 10K running groups.
Join one of our weekly sessions and meet locals from your community.
Take up cycling
Learn to ride in a safe environment with our qualified instructors, join a led ride, or borrow a bike to get the whole family cycling.
Do you have an old bike you’re no longer using?We are working to recycle unsed bikes and give them to someone who can make good use of them.

Kids eat free, adults too!
Come along to our Community Cafés. All summer, our amazing team will be cooking nutritious meals.
Our Big Feed Community Cafés provide tasty meals made from locally sourced surplus food that would otherwise end up in landfill.
Join our virtual sessions
We offer our Virtual Community a regular timetable of our own activities delivered by physical, creative, and mental wellbeing practitioners, including special one-off events out in the community in a hybrid model.
You can participate from the comfort of your own home, meet individuals with similar interests and join our online community.
Get outdoors with our Grow & Connect Team and enjoy our growing offers.
Supporting communities to take ownership and learn more about their local environments, through growing workshops in communities, public spaces, GP practices, community hubs and local growing sites.

The Food Justice Network have put together a database with information on Trussell Trust foodbanks, independent foodbanks and pantries, community cafes and cooked food providers, on street food outreach and additional (non food related) support.

Join our range of Free Family Fun
Days in Birmingham
We are working with local commmunities, partners and organisations to put on free fun activities this summer.
We provide fun for the whole family with events like outdoor cinema screenings, Northfield beach, archery, sports, science days, road closures, and more.
Looking to set something up in your area? We can help. Reach out through your local group, and see how we can support you, to run a free summer fun day event in your community.
Borrow equipment or tools from
your local Share Shack
Visit our community Share Shacks to borrow items, save money, learn new skills, join activities and share with other community members.
Our Share Shacks are community spaces, you can borrow items including sports equipment, DIY tools, toys, cleaning and gardening equipment. You can also participate in local activities and regular sessions.
Or you can donate old or bulky equipment, tools or gear you no longer need.
