Walking is a gentle, low-impact form of exercise that’s easy, free and suitable for people of all ages and most abilities. Our led walking groups will offer you motivation, support and good company. We also support Heritage trails so you can find out more about our canals or even Birmingham and it’s role in gaining our ‘Right to Vote‘.
If you have little ones why not pop along to our Green Fit Baby sessions. It is a great activity for mums with babies/toddlers in pushchairs. Involves walking and additional movement, including core strengthening. Improves your mental and physical wellbeing, meet new people and have some fresh air with your little ones. At the end of the session you can let your children play whilst you enjoy a drink and a chat.
