Meet the Team
At Listen and Connect we think strengths, not just problems to be solved.
Listen and Connect is linked to relationship and strengths-based practices but within a community conversation framework.
The combination of listening, tangible solutions, and working in collaboration with other agencies means we can work to create stability for people to be in the space to explore wider community connections.
