We have live demonstrations every Tuesday at Ladywood Share Shack, 194 St Vincent Street West, B16 8RP from 3:20pm.

Our amazing chef Olga demonstrates new delicious recipes each week. These will be recorded and can be viewed below. 

Olga offers free tips and tricks to help you on your journey to healthier cooking, providing nutritious recipes that won’t break the bank.
