The Active Communities project is looking to employ a Local Community Action Officer to work in and with the citizens of Shard End, Smiths Wood, Kingshurst, Fordbridge, Chelmsley Wood, Glebe Farm and Tile Cross.
Salary – £22,000 – £25,000 a year (36.5hrs a week/flexible/secondment)

Could you support inactive people to try sports, social and civic activities to bring
communities together and address the barriers that prevent more people getting involved?
Have you got creative ideas to empower communities and knit together all that is good in these areas for the benefit of all?
Are you passionate, positive and persuasive?
