As the days grow shorter and the temperatures drop, it’s natural for our energy levels and mood to fluctuate. Winter can be a challenging time for many, but it’s also an opportunity to focus on self-care, community connections, and embracing the season in new ways. Whether you’re looking for practical tips, activities to keep you engaged, or support for you and your loved ones, we’re here to help.
At The Active Wellbeing Society (TAWS), we understand the importance of staying well during the colder months. That’s why we’ve created this Winter Wellbeing Hub – a space filled with resources to help you navigate this season.
Please note that most of our weekly activities have already commenced, and will resume as normal in the New Year. Please check the below timetable to view the outstanding activities taking place during December across Birmingham and Essex.
