Payam is an executive and team coach and a facilitator. Her work focuses on creating dialogue in the heat of conflict, facilitating change in the face of resistance and supporting leaders to own their leadership through awareness.
She has over 25 years of experience working with leaders and teams in a variety of organisations in private, public and charity sector, supporting them to grow and thrive as they face complexities in their work. She brings a deep understanding of how organisations – and the leaders and teams within them – function, behave and relate to one another, how they get stuck, how they deal with challenges, conflict and resistance as well as how they thrive and excel. Prior to establishing her own company, she has worked various organisations such as Microsoft, Ernst and Young and Sabanci Holding taking on roles such as HC Consulting and HR Director.
She is a passionate learner and treasures her work as it continuously creates opportunities for her to learn and grow alongside and through others. She holds an MSc in Organisational, is an ICF accredited Professional Certified Coach and an experienced Deep Democracy instructor and facilitator.
Away from work she enjoys working in her garden, cooking and traveling with her family.
