We are committed to constantly reviewing and working to adapt every part of our work to promote and enhance equality for all those we work with and to eliminate discrimination.  Areas we are currently working on are:

  • Ensuring our online materials are compatible with screen readers, videos are fully subtitled and all text is easy to read
  • Provide clear guidance and support to ensure our staff understand what discrimination is
  • Work only with partners who have a strong Equality & Diversity ethos and promote schemes which support diversity initiatives
