Listen & Connect Team

Helping communities become happier and healthier

Meet the Team

At Listen and Connect we think strengths, not just problems to be solved.

Listen and Connect is linked to relationship and strengths-based practices but within a community conversation framework.

The combination of listening, tangible solutions, and working in collaboration with other agencies means we can work to create stability for people to be in the space to explore wider community connections.

Elisabeth Sheppard

Wellbeing Programme Manager

Hi I am Elisabeth, I have over 8 years’ experience working within adult social care both as a frontline social worker and at a strategic level as a development practitioner and practice lead.

Over the past few years I have worked within the charity sector as a trusted assessor lead, development consultant and joined TAWS as a Wellbeing Programme manager in June 2020.

I have a passion for strengths based practice which is founded on the idea that everyone possesses skills, interests, abilities, passions and person qualities which can be used to overcome challenges.
