Step-by-step guide

Please take care when crafting and always use adult supervision.

What You Will Need

1 recycled cup

ice lolly sticks or recycled cardboard

colourful pens

scissors

Step 1

Clean your recycled cup and decorate if desired

Step 2

Cut up recycled cardboard into strips big enough to write an exercise on or you can use recycled lollypop sticks instead.

Step 3

Write your exercises on each piece (make sure they are bodyweight exercises which you will all be able to do).
e.g. boxing, mountain climbers, run on the spot, squats, press ups, frog jumps

Step 4

Stand in a circle around the cup and take turns picking an exercise. When you pick one, complete it for 30 seconds before the next player takes their turn.

When all are used up, take a rest and then go again!

Do as many rounds as you can and add time on each week to challenge the family!
