Help for the Extremely Vulnerable

You may have received a letter from the NHS telling you that you’re clinically extremely vulnerable, or been contacted by your GP or hospital clinician. If this has not happened, contact your GP or clinician after you register with this service. The coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak means that life is changing for all of us for a while. These uncertain times may cause you to feel anxious, stressed, worried, sad, bored, frustrated or lonely.

It’s important to remember it is OK to feel this way and that everyone reacts differently. This situation is only temporary and these difficult feelings will pass.
