Tai Chi combines deep breathing and relaxation with slow and gentle movements. Tai Chi is a very effective martial and healing art. It is mostly practiced today for self-healing and stress reduction. This activity is suitable for all ages and abilities and can improve balance and stability. This is a women's only session run by a female instructor.
