Introduction

The Active Wellbeing Society (TAWS) is a community benefit society and cooperative with a mission to knit social connections and systems, build resilience and improve wellbeing in communities where inequalities are the highest. Our vision is for a society where we work together to co-create a future free from inequality, where everyone can be happy, healthy, and active.

Our brand

Our brand identity reflects our collective vision, values and purpose through a united tone of voice and visual identity. This includes, but is not limited to, our logo, strapline, mission and vision statements, images, and the general look and feel of our content.

The brand is for us to use as an organisation, as well as partners, networks and funders, where appropriate. Any use of the brand should reflect our beliefs, values, and vision for a better future. Any other use must be agreed with The Active Wellbeing Society.

Use of our brand

The nature of our work means that we are often working in collaboration with delivery partners, organisations, charities and local authorities. With this in mind, w kindly e ask that any use of our branding follows the below guidance:

  • Please do not use any logos, images, brand elements or materials without permission
  • Please do not alter, edit or misuse any logos, images, brand elements or materials or incorporate them into your own

Our resources

Our resources, including research, reports and training, have been co-produced with our partners, colleagues and specialists. This content has been developed alongside community members with the intention of amplifying a wide range of voices and better understanding the needs of those least served.

Licensing

We are happy for our materials to be downloaded, used, shared, adapted and built upon, and the content must always be attributed to The Active Wellbeing Society. They must not be sold, disseminated or distributed within a for-profit context (e.g. paid-for-training) and they must not be adapted or re-branded without our prior written agreement.

All our materials are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial- ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0). This means the materials can be shared and adapted for non-commercial purposes only, and must include attribution to The Active Wellbeing Society.
